During this 30-minute chat, we can get to know each other, address any questions you have about coaching, dig into what brings you here, and I’ll explain my offerings and coaching style. Now, let’s talk about which coaching package suits you best. I’ve got a couple of options for you:

A. Getting Started

This package includes 5 sessions, ideally scheduled weekly or every two weeks for around 50 minutes per session. We can hop on video calls or have phone chats—whichever works best for you. Between sessions, you’ll have action items and commitments to work on, specifically tailored to your needs. I’ll equip you with the tools, strategies, and support you need, and you can count on plenty of encouragement along the way.

B. Pursue A Better You

If you’re looking to dive even deeper, this package offers 10 sessions. Again, we’ll aim for weekly or biweekly sessions, around 50 minutes each. We can stick to video calls or phone chats, and I’ll also be available for text support when you need it. Just like the previous package, you’ll have action items and commitments between sessions, along with personalized tools, strategies, and plenty of support and encouragement. Oh, and as a bonus, you’ll get one complimentary 50-minute session to use as you wish.
